- Participate in optical path debugging of active devices such as fiber optic gyroscopes, resolving issues of fiber coil polarization crosstalk (≤ -30 dB) and temperature drift (≤ 0.01 nm/℃).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Optoelectronic Information, or related fields, with more than 2 years of R&D experience in fiber optic devices;
- Familiar with the sensing principles of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) and proficient in white-light interferometric demodulation technology;
- Experience in optical fiber array design for medical endoscopes or aerospace optical fiber link design is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design high-speed circuits for 100G optical modules (PCB layout with signal integrity meeting 28 Gbps PAM4 standard), and resolve EMC issues including electromagnetic compatibility (conducted interference ≤ -40 dBμV) and power ripple (≤ 5 mV);
- Develop conditioning circuits for fiber optic pressure sensors, achieving ±0.1% FS accuracy within a 0–100 MPa range;
- Collaborate with the software team to complete hardware integration of Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) systems, enabling real-time vibration monitoring over 80 km of optical fiber.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, with more than 3 years of experience in optical communication or industrial electronic design;
- Proficient in Cadence Allegro, with solid knowledge of Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) and Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) design;
- Experience with ATEX explosion-proof circuits or EMC design for medical devices is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop embedded software for Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) demodulators, achieving 1 pm wavelength resolution and 200 kHz real-time sampling rate;
- Design edge computing algorithms for intelligent fiber optic sensors, applying machine learning to predict device lifetime (accuracy ≥ 95%);
- Support Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) system integration, enabling multi-device data exchange under the OPC UA protocol.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields, with more than 2 years of embedded development experience;
- Proficient in C++/Python, familiar with RT-Thread or FreeRTOS operating systems;

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of fiber optic sensors in the industrial automation sector (e.g., oil drilling platforms, smart grids), engaging with key customers such as SANY Heavy Industry and CNPC;
- Promote high-temperature Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBG) (stable operation at 350℃) and Distributed Fiber Optic Temperature Sensing (DTS) systems, addressing critical issues such as overheating monitoring of high-voltage cable joints;
- Develop industry solutions (e.g., bridge health monitoring, metro tunnel vibration early warning) and achieve an annual sales target of 50 million RMB.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in Marketing, Communication Engineering, or related fields, with more than 3 years of industrial equipment sales experience;
- Familiar with fiber optic sensing technical standards (e.g., IEC 62056), with customer resources in the power or transportation sectors preferred;
- Willing to travel frequently (average of 15+ days per month) and capable of technical solution-oriented sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the European and North American medical device markets, promoting image fiber endoscopes (pixel density ≥ 10,000 dots/mm², biocompatibility Class VI);
- Lead international orders for aerospace fiber optic components (e.g., satellite optical communication links), managing FDA certification and CE compliance processes;
- Attend international exhibitions such as OFC and Medica, enhancing the company's global influence in the field of fiber optic medical devices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, English, or related majors; fluent in English and/or German (able to use as a working language);
- Familiar with ISO 13485 medical quality management system; experience in overseas sales of optoelectronic components is preferred;
- Capable of independently handling L/C operations and coordinating international logistics, with strong stress resistance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize fiber tapering and fusion processes, improving splitter uniformity to ±0.1 dB (1×16 Coupler);
- Develop Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) inscription technology, achieving chirped gratings on 125 μm fibers (dispersion compensation ≥ 1000 ps/nm);
- Design automated production lines for cleanrooms (ISO Class 7), increasing Coupler manufacturing capacity by 30%.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with more than 2 years of process experience in fiber optic devices;
- Proficient in fiber end-face processing (APC angle 8° ± 0.5°) and optical adhesive curing (refractive index 1.45 ± 0.002);
- Experience in military-grade or medical-grade cleanroom production is preferred.
